Mayor of Barranquilla orders citizens
to put a finger between their buttocks to enter a public place

The absurd ordinance of the
mayor of Barranquilla, Jaime
Pumarejo, to oblige, by
ordinance and law, that
everyone put a finger
between their buttocks in
order to enter or be in a
public place. This includes
shopping malls, hospitals,
government buildings,
churches, and any place with
more than 10 people.
According to him, this is
for the welfare of the
citizenry.
If this information is true, at
least, what that mayor
deserves is jail, and the
long list of insults and
threats. But the reality is
that this news is only a
fair comparison with the
ordinance forcing citizens
to wear face masks or masks
in public places.
Mr. Mayor Jaime Pumarejo, I

Santos, that, since
November 1, 2021, I will not
wear a mask to enter any
public place. And on the
